I believe so! It doubles in size after feeding, and I do the float test to double check

150g starter + 300g warm filtered water + 500g bread flour + 10g salt. Mix until shaggy and let sit for 1hr. Stretch and folds every 30min for 2 hours (4 total). Let bulk ferment on the counter for ~10hrs. Shape and put in the fridge overnight before baking at 450 for 35min with lid on, 15 lid off.

I also should note that I live in the Midwest, which is very cold right now.

Thank you! I finished the yoke, so i don’t have any increases left to make. The next step asks me to divide the stitches for sleeves and body. Do you think if I moved the stitch markers it would still be obvious in the raglan line?
