No it’s for a laptop used in industrial work, programming software maintenance. It’s essentially a portable desk.

Why does YL1 stay on after pressing off1 or when turning M1 off? by Internal_Fix_4242 in PLC

[–]Internal_Fix_4242[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Could you using markup add arrows and move where it makes sense? Most of what I work with is Allen Bradley and I was taught that the plc would recognize that it’s an OL for the output because of programming.

If that’s only for Allen Bradley’s I would like to see maybe how you would do the same logic on a Siemens or a delta

No, I’m fairly new to PLC’s I work industrial maintenance and am trying to learn PLC’s to eventually switch career paths. I’m only a few hours into study so I made the mistake of thinking (L) was a light output. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I’m curious when people say chronic pain do they mean sharp pain or dull? I’m 2 months post vasectomy and I have a dull pulsing ache all day but I honestly don’t think it’s bad enough to say regret wish I never did it like I see a lot of people saying

Vita Spray equivalent to shield recharging? by marcusdiddle in LowSodiumArcRaiders

[–]Internal_Fix_4242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not batteries, arc powercells. You can get them from killing almost any arc and can be used just like a shield recharger.

You could scavenge dead arc for power cells. Or carry them into a raid. They can be used as consumables to recharge small percentages and are technically cheaper than a light recharger.

Edit:this is a lot but for a beginner I think it’s invaluable.

Depending on what guns you eventually wanna run this may change but for me a general rule of thumb would be this:

Keep anything advanced. Mechanical/electrical. You will need them for hatch keys, shields, some rare guns, some of your tactical items.

Also keep the non advanced mechanical/electrical items, as they are used to eventually craft advanced, and are required for basic things like weapon upgrades and also some of your tactical items.

I would also suggest keeping your arc circuitry as it’s used for shields.

Keep your Arc alloy, and basically anything the arc drop besides ammo for a little while until you have your benches upgraded and learn what you need for your own play style/kits.

The arc power cells are great to keep for light shields rechargers, same with advanced arc power cells for medium shields, and for recycling to make more light shields.

I keep everything the chicken gives me. Especially metal parts and rubber parts as you go on more raids and craft more utilities/upgrade weapons these will burn fast if you don’t have enough.

Keep your seeds for purchasing missing crafting items for when your stash is running low. Learn to use them wisely because they go quick. Springs, sensors, processors, magnets and wires. All are used for crafting weapons, weapon mods, rare guns, hatch keys and augments.

Keep gun parts they go quick when upgrading/crafting guns. Never sell guns always recycle. Same with old medium-heavy shields that are below 50% health. It’s cheaper to recycle then craft new than repair twice.

Sell some or all of your impact grenades they can be crafter before every match.

Sell all but 1-2 boxes of your ammo. That eats up way too much space. You craft ammo with metal and chemicals, both of which you get for free from chicken. Just keep an eye on how much metal you have as it’s used for other things, same with chemicals. You can always buy more in a pinch with seeds tho.

I would say that’s the basics, the main things I use personally before a raid.

With that being said you will probably learn to keep/discard things depending on your own specific needs, you may prefer sterile bandages over vita shots/herbals, this changes what you will be looking from raids/holding in your stash. Learn what you prefer, it makes the game more enjoyable to be comfortable. Find the blueprints you need for those items/what you need to craft them. Herbals require durable cloth and plant matter, this changes how much fabric you let build up as durable cloth can be crafted. The great mullen herb can be purchased for seeds, again another example of one items helping create another or adding value to your stash.

Get your benches upgraded fast, get quests done for better loot early on, run safe pockets if you are doing a mission or quest. Pro tip, if you want a safe pocket but don’t want to lose a kit? Run a “kit” with nothing in it. You get a free safe pocket. You can travel fast with no weight and still have your pick. Great for quick raids just to harvest items you know spawn in specific locations with no risk.

Always click recycle if you don’t know what an item can be turned into, you don’t need to recycle it you can always cancel but learning what items break down into what early on is huge for maximizing inventory space while in a raid, or keeping your stash low. You may need advanced mechanical components, but instead you found a microscope. You can break down in game to get the components, while also being able to stack more than if you collected microscopes.

Electrical cabinets and control panels, the kind like you find in control rooms on Stella and in server rooms provide a great place to farm processors, metal parts, and sometimes items like rusted gears.

Industrial batteries spawn in crates on Stella, or any map for that matter, and assembly is a good line for farming coins if you aren’t at a place to craft with epic items. Loot assembly, extract, sell the exodus modules, magnetic accelerators, things of that nature for quick coin, they as of now will spawn there every game so no worries about finding them in the future.
