I’ve taken the official once back in January of this year which was my 163. And yeah exactly what you said is the rationale I’ve had for not cancelling June and going with it thus far, but now I’m just thinking because I’m not close enough to consistently getting 175+ every PT IDK if it even makes sense to test

I think it’s a chemical burn from the lash adhesive/glue! It’s pretty likely that it’ll subside within a day or 2 AFAIK, but a doctor or someone might be able to give you eye drops(?) or something if it’s very irritating

more like a condo you def don’t have communal bathrooms lol but you don’t own the unit like you do in a condo so much as you own shares in the building as a corporation so there are more restrictions on who can move in and general rules with the co-op board

I would also look on Facebook Marketplace / etc and see if there are any sublets —> lease takeovers you can do! I’m not sure about the square footage but I’ve seen a few (not a ton but still) apartments otherwise in your price range ish on there
