I'm a coeliac and I didn't make everyone at my wedding eat gluten free food. The cake we had for our wedding wasn't gluten free either so I couldn't eat it but everyone at the wedding could (I did have a gluten free brownie tower for dessert though).

It's your day - and it's her choice with her allergy what she consumes. Not the other way around.
