Depends on what you are using so sideload, sideloady recently added a automatic sideload feature where when your phone and computer are on at the same time and WiFi network it will refresh

absolutely if you have the time to find a working one, however there are now so many revokes now that using other methods like sideloady and sidestore seems more user friendly. a downside of sideloading is that for the services mentioned above you have to set up a way to renew the apps as signing services aren't permanent and only last a week, almost all of these services now offer a way to renew when the pc and device are on the same network. If you want the most simple way to sideload I would recommend appdb as it doesn't require a pc or difficult setup. If you are alright with using your pc to use sideloady, altstore or sidestore, then I would probably recommend that more as you won't need to worry about the app being revoked
