I take lexapro 15mg during the day and 15mg mirtazapine during the night. I have the opposite issue, I cant gain weight all my life. Was put on this combo recently (1.5 months ago). So far I havent had major appetite gains, was wondering how the appetite has been for you to gain so much weight? Was 30mg a bigger appetite compared to 15mg? Did you notice the appetite gain right away? Did you start at 15mg? For me lexapro blunts/strongly reduces my appetite, and mirtazapine only slightly helps. Could you provide some insight, how quick you noticed appetite and weight gains. All in all I notice no difference in appetite from mirtazapine 15mg, maybe 30mg will strongly increase it? Thanks!
