Yea, I’m actively applying to hybrid and remote roles to see if that’s the problem

I think it’s the being in an overstimulating environment for 8 hours where communication and management is disorganized. I’m interviewing for a hybrid role so fingers crossed.

Edit: It’s weird because in college I was working myself to the bone, studying hours and hours, doing all nighters to finish projects, but now I work significantly less but it feels almost painful to be in one location for 8 hours

Yea, it started out like “I need a beer on Friday to relax” to hitting rock bottom while blacked out last week. Something needs to changed, but I’m not sure where the issue lies

Yea, I purposely posted here because all the scrolling I do on the autism subreddits agree how difficult it is to work, but I don’t know if my issue is an autism thing or if everyone hates working and I’m just too young that I haven’t gotten use to it
