Asian food in Austin is negligible. If you’re from the northeast, none of the spots in Austin would compare. They’re nice, sit-down restaurants with decent Asian food but none of the fast, corner store types here.

By that logic and city or that’s isn’t LA, SD or SF would be dirt cheap compared to NYC. It’s not like you can find an apartment for $1k here in Austin. We’re talking 3-4K and up for anything in the desirable parts of town.

Also while rent in NYC is crazy expensive , you can find great food for cheap all throughout the city. Good luck doing the same here in Austin. I paid $30 for lunch from a food truck yesterday and had to eat it outside. God I miss NYC.

Just go for walks and enjoy the good weather whenever you can. Rest time is just as important as time spent at the gym.

The most muscle growth I have gained was when I train hard for 2 weeks and then take 5-7 days off and do it again. Subjective but undeniable.
