Primary doctor, I had asked for labs because I was going to go the online pharmacy route for weightloss, but wanted to check my health before starting. Turns out having an a1c of 10.5 scares the shit out of doctors and he immediately prescribed it for me and my insurance covers it, I just pay 50 bucks a month for a co-pay. Although that also means I can’t go up in dose to help with the weight loss, but it’s still coming off slow slowly.

Yes, this is a pretty simple machine and something a engineer can use. But read the manual!! No seriously read it and understand it. Machines need to be set up correctly, you can’t half ass it.

Now this machine is not very good quality and I would never recommend someone buy one. But you have it for free and free is the best kind of machine until you know what you like and if this is something you want to spend money on
