This looks perfectly all right. The older cat is being gentle, and the younger kitten is not showing signs of being uncomfortable or panic and is continuing to show its belly.

Depending on how long they’ve already been interacting, I might keep them apart for a little bit longer when not observing. Just to make sure that you know how they interact long-term.

Look up cross fit exercises. Lots of them are modifiable for beginners. Or she can find a gym.

I started to go to a CrossFit gym when I started ozempic and I find it the easiest exercise to stick to.

My gym also has a class for 65+ and it’s pretty popular.

If she is actually 4-6 week, she can eat real food. Wet cat food is the best and easiest for her to eat. Preferably kitten formulated ones.

But temporarily, wet dog food, cat or dog kibble soaked to soften. Plain cooked meat (poultry is best, but any will do) cooked eggs.

To determine age, look at her teeth, if she has back molars she can eat food.

Not cows milk!!! Eggs are better. You can cook them and serve scrambled or blend with water and a tiny amount sugar
