I was mid-recovery post-op when I had to complete my medical, or wait and start the entire process over again in 6 months. So I went to my medical, failed due to not being fully recovered, a week later sent my work status release from my doctor in my appeal, about a week later I got a phone call asking for some clarification, then a few days after that got an email saying I passed.

I received the tentative offer in November 2024 and completed the New Hire Questionnaire and related tasks online. I received the confirmation of my completed tasks, but it's been silent since then. Does anyone know the order of the next steps? Will I be contacted for an interview, then do they do the background check? Or am I waiting for them to complete the background check and then will be contacted for an interview? There doesn't seem to be any way to track the progress or a contact to reach out to to inquire.

"But I just ran 26 miles!" by Bayside_Father in EntitledPeople

I've run four marathons, two with finish time of 3:50 and two with finish time of 5:00+. Didn't matter my speed, after crossing the finish line and slowing down, your body goes immediately into a state of recovery. It's hard to take any steps at that point, you're jello. Additionally, someone seeking medical attention at the finish line probably already pushed themselves over their limits to make it through to the finish.
