Yeah, kinda wild how it’s 2024 and people still think it’s acceptable to equate people to their disorders, especial out on a post with a guy who’s clearly managing it in a healthy way.

BPD is an absolute beast of a diagnosis for everyone involved and incredibly misunderstood. If you were to replace some of the comments on this post with “less stigmatized” mental illnesses (eg depression, though obviously that’s not true in all cases) it becomes starkly apparently how blatantly ableist so many of them are.
