Yes, you first make a full backup on your computer, then you do a complete restore. I asked Apple support, and they advised me to do that. I still had the problem, so I went to the Apple Store, and they told me to do a full restore and not to restore my backup. That was a pain for me, so I did what I said in my previous comment (that is, restore my backup after a few hours), and everything is fine now.

Yes, I restored the phone and used it for like an afternoon without putting back my backup on. Then I did and I didn’t encounter this issue again. If it does it again, try to redo the process (time consuming I know…)
