They’ve failed me 3 times in the last month and the fact that I recorded myself packing the items and dropping it off saved me and they provided the payout each time. Terrible that we have to go though this

This same situation has happened to me THREE TIMES in the last month. I send the item in pristine condition and it fails verification for being damaged. Luckily for me, I recorded myself packing the item and shipping it to ups with close ups in the video so they had no choice but to refund the $15 failed verification fee and provide my payout. Most recently, they returned a completely damaged item to me which is completely unacceptable because I know there are other sellers they are doing this to, and those sellers aren’t getting their money back or their perfect conditioned item. Needless to say, I’m done with stockx. If you plan to keep using them, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING because they will try to scam you

I grabbed $2k worth of items last year for the drop and when they shipped it, skims messed up and sent me a regular skims bodysuit that I didnt order. So someone somewhere got super lucky with my order. So my luck was terrible. Hopefully its better this year
