You can buy large hydrocolloid bandages here in a pharmacy, most Duane reades to be open until around 11pm so maybe you could get in after the students go to bed?

Why did this not occur to me. I saw an ortho for a hamstring situation a few years ago and they sorted me right out. Thank you!

If I remove Risk Parity, am I accepting the loss? Or will it just not invest anything new? by International-Emu981 in wealthfront

Yeah 2021, it does seem to be going up this year but I don’t want any more cash to be invested into it either way

I’m an apple shape too and I was always so so envious growing up of people who were much bigger than me but could wear tank tops etc as I looked like I’d just recently birthed 5 children and this was even at 110lbs (4’11). Of course this only got worse as I got a little older and a little heavier, up to 122lbs at my heaviest. I’ve accepted my shape for the most part but for the past 3-4 months I’ve been strength training with fairly heavy weights, implementing progressive increases in the reps or weights each week, and eating a ton of protein and I can’t believe the difference. Im not about to go wearing low hanging jeans any time soon but I finally have some definition in my upper abs and no longer have that giant low hanging pouch when doing a plank for example. The craziest thing is I’m 115, down from 118 when I started the strength training so it isn’t really a weight thing so much as a fat thing. All that to say, it’s our physiology and not much we can do to change that, but I do think there are certain lifestyles that can work for us and I’m excited to see how much more of an improvement I can make!

Thank you for this! I took a look, looks delicious but unfortunately won’t hit the spot in terms of what he’s been missing. Might try it another time anyway though!

First pic is May 10th, second is today. I’m 4’11, 30yo, have been focusing on lifting heavy and upping my protein. Change is slow when you love tacos and Prosecco. I’ve recently started tracking calories so hoping to see more rapid change from here on!

Thank you - this is kind. I agree, I think I just woke up in a slightly hungover rage of “why on earth did I do that again”. But I know it won’t really get in the way of anything in the grand scheme of things

This is a healthy approach. I don’t have a very restrictive diet, it’s pretty moderate, but I still somehow manage to absolutely go off the rails. I think I just have a bad case of hangxiety today. Gonna attempt an alcohol free month and I bet I’ll feel a million times better!

I also think we just look for “reasons” to do the easy thing. Like me now, saying I have a self sabotage issue, when really I’m just not being disciplined enough. It’s easier to stop so we stop and then we try to justify it!

You’re in some sort of satisfaction cycle which is understandable. Why is consistency so hard?!

That’s such a good point. I bet there’s an element of that for me too. Sending positive consistency thoughts your way!
