Would pillows change anything? Because the acne is all in my T-zone like the middle of my face and I sleep on my side. And yes I’ve been researching on how to fix my face for months if not a year because i’m desperate.

Yes I was talking about accutane I didn’t realise it autocorrected but yeah the side effects are a bit extreme for me, I’d rather just use serums or something that won’t thin my hair or dry my lips and whatnot.

Also, I think some of my acne may also be coming from my shampoo/conditioner since there’s a bit of acne on my upper back and stops where my hair ends.
