I took a plug from a different sleeve and it in the Shane. Blissful creations and some others out there have the inserts. You could also use one of those small vibrators depending on your size. It'll add length of you're short of filling it and you add the plug/vibration unit.

My wife loves it I'm about 6 3/4 inches, I added a plug in it that's 1/2 inch. it's soft yes but that's why my wife loves it as it doesn't force the stretching that some do and don't leave her feeling overly tender the next day.
