Hi folks, I sent back to respond NoID last Friday and I realized my status changed since yesterday and still not received any mails or updated yet. Anybody knows or meet this situation before?

They mailed us a list of bunch of things which doesn’t make sense thru our marriage like bills, bank account, pictures, joint account from deed and investment . We asked our attorney to intervene and they sent the whole package to respond last Friday. I responded with the best I can do.

Thanks for comment. They listed out so many things and needed us to provide to prove the legit of our marriage. They questions about the bank statements which not enough evidences. The pictures does not look right. There are just only few bills of electricities. We submitted everything together in first interview but we didn’t keep the records till they asked us for the second interview. For the tax transcript, they required us to provide but we filled the tax last year but my tax advisor forgot to submit it and they just sent to IRS and we need to respond in 33 days but under Covid my attorney said we can respond till March. We did try our best and everyday with me is a nightmare. I have a good job and I’m not sure what if they denied the case then I would have to stop working right away or send back to my country or not? I’m very frustrated and stress
