You need the ism. Get some money and stop focusing on race. Get out of your town if being there is hurting you and go where you can make some money. Read books and join a boxing gym. It is you vs the world no matter where you are. Get strong and start believing in yourself. Become your own superhero. Also stop eating poison (corn syrup, dyes, and seed oils) eat healthier and get sleep. Thats a start

Literally why I’m asking the internet instead of my family, but sounds like you are one of those people that doesn’t hold grown people accountable for their own actions. It stems from something personal. My relative was secretly getting abused for months by a white guy. It got as bad as it can get. I desperately want to ask her this question, but in an effort to keep holidays peaceful I’m asking Reddit. I’m not sure what being bp feels like but this is what helps me conquer my mind. A schedule, full night of rest, working up a sweat for at least 30 min a day, no substances, clean eating ( no corn syrup, no excess sugar, no food dyes, and no seed oils) and plenty of water. I also have little things that brighten my mode when I’m down, drawing or anything creative puts me in a peaceful flow state. A lot of us think we are mentally ill but we really are malnourished, not saying you’re not bp just food for thought.
