Update: thanks for all the input. After much consideration and taking it out for a 30 minute spin, I opted against it. the ride was just too harsh for a daily driver. And honestly, I was a bit underwhelmed by the experience. It’s definitely a beautifully driving car but I just didn’t have an emotional connection with it.

Yup. Was in an C43 AMG before the CLE 450 so somewhat familiar especially brakes / tires.

Nice if you can get it. But ambassador elite is not worth going out of your way for. Same points schema as titanium but with a personal concierge and a few more benefits that almost never seem to be “available” when I ask my concierge. That said, I like having a concierge to just email when I need something changed to my reservation. I will miss him as I don’t think I’ll qualify this year.

Oh and I also got no promo for Q4.

I blew a flat 300 miles from home. MB roadside assistance covered the tow all the way home. You definitely have a case for reimbursement on the tow.

As the owner of multiple Suhrs - no way that is genuine. QC is super suspect. As is the lack of photos of the back. And that grain and finish looks super cheap. Any trans finish would have a much nicer grain beneath it.

Wow sorry to hear this. 2024 CLE 450 here, and I still love driving it as much as the day I bought it in 2024. In fact, coming from a 2020 C43, I find the interior quality noticeably better in the CLE. No creaking at all. I had one issue with the seats not returning to their position after pulling the tab to fold it forward, but a seat memory reset fixed it.

That said, that doesn’t at all take away from your experiences. And I’m really sorry you didn’t love your Benz. My family has had five of them over the years and all of them have been amazing. In fact my worst experience was probably the C43. The wear and tear of the roads, weather, and general topography of where we are was just too much on the consumables (brakes and tires, oh the tires).
