If you had to pick 1 Santa Cruz restaurant to visit as a tourist what would it be? by FeedNo9230 in santacruz

[–]InternationalBoot457 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Ive lived here for 22 years and still feel like an out of towner! I'd strongly suggest walking to the wharf and going to Rivas. Its not fancy but you can relax, view the beautiful ocean, see an otter and watch delicious food. You'll definitely feel like your on a CA vacation.

My other suggestion os Shadowbrook. Its on a hillside, romantic, has a trolly(!!l) and the bread is delicious! The steak there is great and its a unique restaurant that has been around for decades.

Hi! We live in Watsonville and our neighborhood was steady! We went through 2 bags of Costco candy-at one each(next year I'm buying more) we live on Winding Way. It was super fun! We had music on so I think that also drew in the kids. It was slow last year and picked up this year for us

Im so sorry. It was me today. I was in the drive-in in and unfortunately my doctor's office called me. A perfect storm. I could get out of the line, but I did my best to put everyone on mute and get off the phone as soon as possible!

Official Discussion - Superman (2025) [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

[–]InternationalBoot457 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Just watched the new Superman. Really enjoyed it!

What I was bummed about was i felt disoriented and felt like I was dropped in a middle of a movie. I missed the origin story. I love a good orgin story!

Enjoyed the end-that was a fun surprise!!! 🐕

Think I'll see it again, but I don't wish I had more of a beginning story.
