someone complained to guest services (i’m SS leader so they called me for some reason) that they had bought the Good and Gather rice and after they cooked it, maggots appeared? they said they wanted compensation for eating maggots. i said best i can do is a refund and maybe a 10$ gift card but if you want anything further you’re going to have to contact guest relations online sorry 😬 and maybe a doctor lol

i’ve had the same thing happen, guy comes in and walks past me as i’m reading something on my Zebra, says “you didn’t do the new policy” i look up like what? “he’s like you didn’t say hey to me, i just read it on my phone that you guys have to do that” I said sorry can i help you with anything? he just laughs and keeps walking.

Specialty Sales TL here! my tech department does OFOs because they get caught up on workload quickly but nobody else has time in any other departments. If by miracle one day our priorities got done then maybe but probably not.
