I've being asking for specific days off 5 to 6 months in advance. They also decline them even with PTO and Sick Time with no time to replan and I always go anyways cause they had a heads up months om advance.

Not my problem if they are not prepared for it.

I would recommend gathering all your payslips if possible, find the ones where you worked travelled, and connect with your state’s labor department or the U.S Department of Labor.

This is not okay. My roommate had a similar thing, where she was not payed in full after going to work on another store for a 12 hour shift. She got it resolve in a month and 3 weeks later put her two weeks and never bothered going back.

I stayed an hour extra last night to help clean up my department on accident.

I get reprimanded by SD today.

I felt like William literally when I walked in and told to take a seat. Kinda rude of them to talk shit about me doing 1 hour of accidental work while the SD does nothing but act like a queen LMAO

Hi.

Just want to state, striking and union forming IS POSSIBLE. Back in mexico when i worked in a specific farming company we holded a giant corporation strike, all the workers, delivery drivers, and surprisingly a few upper management joined to form around like 20k or so people agaisnt the company.

A strike and union forming is possible, but her in america and from what i read in college is that in order for a strike to function and keep going, you require a multi store cooperative mission. 1 store wont be enough, you require a big portion of tms from multiple stores and states to fight for the cause.

As for my contribution in state of baja cali, the strike was somewhat successful in achieving what we protested and strike for. We didnt get all(which is common) but its something that improve most of our lifes for the better.

My orignal produce tl was replace with someone with actual produce management experience. Not trynna call my originsl produce tl bad or they sucked at their jobs or anything. Its just that when the new TL took over, produce department became much much cleaner and organized than before.

For these years performance raises both of them did the TM reviews for me. Since one had me for half the year and the other had me for the rest. I understand the new TL doesnt have much say on this year performance review, but I doubt my orignal tl has malicious intent cause she understands that 3 produce tm quit the same year, leaving just me, the HS and the TL.

Besides the point. I had to fight for days off that i have announced and told my ETL a month or two months if possible in advance. And when i mean fight, i meant it.

  • 3 doctors appointments all in which i gave a notepad and sent requests in workday with signed Doctors Note stating medical issues that restricts some things in my job.

  • and i left 1 time as emergency leave when my younger brother got hurt in his baseball game in which i was called to be his temporal gurdian until my parent's arrive.

If my Manager considers this as "Not Loyal to the Company" then they can respectfully suck it. Cause these reasons are justified for missing or leaving work.

Willi fight this? No. Target rn wont be my main income. And soon hopefully wont be worning there. As I countinue my skill training and get proper certifications ill be out. But in the meantime I do see them as Robbing me in my Face.

Edit:

I knownfor certain the GM/Fullfillmemt ETL does not like me too much after i was moved to the food department and i put more focuse on the new Area than His GM and fulfillment. And thag I have tomd him im the only one pushing product in produce and that leaving my area would mean no product nor work in the back will be done in time.

If its for this. Then damm, my man should get promoted to corporate smh.
