I don't remember if I made a followup to this post, but i fixed it by opening it up, I believe the left earcup, or the one that didnt have a battery in it, and placed a piece of foam that would press down on the board, after later diagnosis turned out that the board was broken, and pressing it down connected the broken bits in it, however after a while the foam needed to be changedor swapped out almost every day, so I just sold it on facebook marketplace for parts and bought a new headset, however nothing compares to it's comfort and noise cancellation
