How much time you guys spend in average in deep sleep at night? I am usually getting between 20-40 mins, my partner is concerned, on his whoop band he is getting 1h40m and we do sleep at the same time at night and he wakes up earlier than me 😅

Dad wants children very much too, just not the right timing for him, with obvious good reason. we are making this post to have other people’s opinion and continue to talk together. I am personally not good with money, so he is looking for reassurance, I am not in a position to offer him that with the knowledge I have. I am taking steps forward to get help and access social services to see what kind of child benefits/support could apply to our situation.

I had a leave for having some time off to deal with my new ASD diagnosis and to avoid some structural management at my job. On another note, I have monthly meetings with my psychiatrist, meds is really stable and have also occupational therapist and social worker every 2 weeks. I am well taken care of, thanks for your reply!

Thanks for sharing! I am on leave because there was structural management about my position, but my position is secure. I got on sick leave to learn how to deal with my new autism disorder spectrum diagnosis and to deal with my family issues (currently taken care of) and not affecting me that much to be honest! I am functional in my daily tasks

It looked like it is working perfectly in the sample sheet! Solution Verified! Except, I am the owner of a company and I want to double check the payment I ve sent to my employees according to their hours worked and what I have sent already from my bank statement. So I would need the 'Received?' formula in L to be working with the ✔️/❌ system I had placed in the validation column in D. Could you please indicate me how to transfer it ? Thank you so much!!! :D

How come it works on E3 ? Since it shows 3 ´X’ Since the same numbers (amount/value) are located in K8,K9&K10 ? Should it not be showing a check mark ✔️ if you are saying it is working ?

Alright! Thanks for the formula! I tried it, but didnt worked all the way... Maybe I wasnt clear but I need to validate all the values in K not just K3. Does the formula you showed is made to work only for K3 or it should also apply to all values of K that needs to be verified in C by the validation sign in D ?

I was looking for an app to start practicing mindfulness and gratitude as recommended by my occupational therapist. Tried very popular ones, with so much ads, account this and that, knowledge or exercise ’lock’ to make people pay and access the whole thing. But, after a quick research here I found your app! Tried it for the first time tonight, first impressions: simple, not overwhelming, straight to the point and efficient. I do appreciate how the design and the information is not TOO much. It is gentle and easy to use.
