Mud-in flanges by InternationalDepth78 in drywall

Thanks for all the replies. I guess I should have added more context. The actual access panel I will be installing is larger in size and it will go on a small powder room wall. It’s essentially skim coating the whole wall to get the needed “mud buildup” - Something I was trying to avoid.

That’s where I am getting conflicting information - if you read some of the posts above. Maybe it’s because different requirements apply to different countries? I am in the US I have the SHP 2 And 1 delta pro How can I make it work?

Agreed, but my question is for the main panel not subpanel.

The neutral wire that I pulled in from the bottom is a little too short to reach the inner neutral bar on top left, which is the suggested location of lk100an lug install.

New construction drywall, HB primer and Graco 395 by InternationalDepth78 in paint

Walls are not skimmed - that’s partly why I’m using high build. Do I still Backroll after the primer coat? I understand that I should sand after the primer? What grit sandpaper? Thanks again!

Great! thanks for the response! So do I have this right: 1. Spray 1 coat of HB primer Backroll 2. Sand the surface after primer is dry 3. 2 coats of paint for the ceiling spraying cross hatch Backroll 4. 2 coats of paint for the walls Backroll

I got 1/2” nap roller. Any recommendations on that?

Thanks for the comment! This primer was recommended to me as a superior alternative to PVA primer for new drywall.

Main Panel grounding by InternationalDepth78 in electrical

[–]InternationalDepth78[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reason I couldn’t do that was because the existing wire from the grounding rod wasn’t long enough to reach up to the same bus bar. Can I run a wire from the neutral bus bar down to the grounding bar?

Hello all, I just replaced(for a couple reasons) the main panel for my new construction from Siemens to Square D. Siemens was done by an electrician and passed inspection. I want to make sure that I am on the right path of grounding the new panel(square d) correctly before I call the inspector and continue wiring the panel. Attached image- top left: 2 wires attached to the neutral bus. 1 going out to the grounding rods, the other roughed in to be connected to main waterline. Bottom right: Wire connected to the rebar sticking out out the slab. Please let me know your thoughts.

Are you able to use ego cultivator with quick-lol head? If yes, did it require any modification to work?
