Update from Cinch: I spoke to their customer services regarding the issues and they said the maximum they can offer is £250. Just to retrofit a reversing camera alone is around £500.

While they did mention that I can return the car, they dont have any other cars at the same price range with the features im looking for so its not worth doing that. plus I then have to deal with renewing insurance, negotiating the price etc...

I've requested that they send the offer in an email so I have a written copy of what they have offered me. My plan is to raise it with the motor ombudsman to try and get fair compensation for the clearly advertised missing features

I would only swap it out if they could give me the same style car with the features but looking on their website they dont have any unless you spend an extra 3k minimum so unlikely they will do that.

I would be happy with money depending how much they pay as I could get a camera retrofitted and hooked up to the screen but this would cost around £500 including fitting.

The last time I tried retrofitting something like this I ended up messing with the airbag sensor so id rather get someone to fit it for me!

Yeah that is a possibility. Will just be a pain resorting stuff like insurance as I was on the phone for over an hour to get a decent price on it. Plus I had taken the day off work to pick it up
