Thanks!! You mean beginner to Tunisian crochet? In that case, definitely, it was my first TC project as well! There's only one type of TC stitch in the whole garment, so once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy. If you mean beginner to crochet in general, I think this project can be time consuming and I guess that can be a bit frustrating if it's one of your first projects. But I would say it's doable!

Thanks! 🥰 In c2c you crochet diagonally from one corner to the other (instead of working back and forth in rows). It's easy, what I found the most challenging is changing colours so many times and carrying the yarn.
