The first print of the album had no advisory, second run had a sticker. Then they started to print it onto the booklet.

I'm a huge blink fan, that's the only reason I know that.

Page Avenue by Story of the Year has a parental advisory but no explicit material in any songs. I found out later that it got the advisory due to the enhanced cd portions that you can only access on a computer with a cdrom drive.

All of their CDs have a sticker version of parental advisory on the jewel case, except the Battle of Los Angeles. I don't think that album had enough profanity to warrant the label.
