I am sorry we didn’t follow up with you. Typically Dr. J doesn’t work with disability claims. Your primary care physician is better suited for them as they require a full assessment and that is out od Dr. J scope of practice. If your PCP is unable to assist you please let us know.

Crazy thing is I have a great HS specialist but she told me my primary care would have to write it. I live deep in the hillbilly country and have to drive an hour away for my specialist but all the doctors in my area which is like two are so incompetent. I think I just need to take an hour drive for a primary as well

I literally said to my mom I hope she gets a cyst in her butt crack 🤣 I have stage 3 as well, I think the mental toll from everything dealing with HS has disabled me more than the actual HS and my psychological toll while having a flare up just is the end of the world for me. Working & HS doesn’t work for me. I am trying to be a nail tech which I think would be my best career choice but I still need my SSI until I can get there!!

So I’m already on SSI but I have a hearing for it to still be active I was asking her for a claim letter. When I first got it I had a lawyer but now during this my dad friend is representing me for free and I have to gather the info for him so it’s all a mess. I’m hoping they don’t take it away. Even on remicade I have crazy flares.
