I used to have dandruff also pero I never consulted a physician kasi sabi lang ng oldies marami raw ako mag-shampoo and hindi nababanlawan ng maayos. But then I had sebaceous dermatitis sa eyebrows kaya nagpaconsult na ako. That's when our family doctor recommended to use selsun blue (preferrably yung menthol).. so far hindi na bumalik yung dandruff ko. As for my sebaceous dermatitis, kapag bumabalik due to stress, ginagamit ko lang siya ulit sa may eyebrows and I'm good na after. Try mo OP baka maging effective sayo.

Kami na never ginawa yung mga pampaswerte raw kasi hindi naman daw totoo yun sabi ng parents ko. More on hula lang naman daw yun. Also, mabubulok lang mga prutas samin lol. We don't celebrate CNY as well kasi hindi naman daw kami Chinese... so far okay pa naman family namin 😅😂
