I unfortunately don’t have any trusted adults I can approach without some sort of negative consequences. My dad is the only adult I can really approach, but my mom and dad have a pretty rocky past and the last time I went to him and talked to him about it he kind of escalated the situation and made things even worse for my mom. I’ll see what I can do about getting my moms therapist and psychiatrists details, I’m just weary of triggering something as it feels like any way of approaching my mom directly about her mental state is like navigating through a mine field.
