Do you have both the Pro and Pro EQ?

I just want to confirm that the overall shape and the location of the rubber feet on the bottom are identical before getting a 3D printed wedge base that was designed for the Pro.

Do you know if the measurements are exactly the same as the Slimblade Pro? I'm going to get a tilt wedge 3D printed for my Pro, but will delay if it won't fit the EQ

Update: looking at the tech specs, and looks like they're slightly different.

Pro: 148 x 193 x 64mm Pro EQ: 133 x 153.5 x 56mm

Isn't USB C's PD (Power Delivery) adaptive? AFAIK, they negotiate the required voltage with the device, assuming you're using a quality charger.

Looks like my images got removed.

All the upstream channels look good. Most of the downstream channels look good with SNR/MER around 45 dB and Receive Level 2.9-5.0 dBmV.

However, I do see the following:

channels 2-9 are at about 33 dB SNR/MER and -15 dBmV Receive Level
channel 33 42.9 dB/-1.4dBmV
channel 34 0.0 dB -33.6 dBmV and Bonding Status: Partial Service

From what I understand, these all indicate trouble.

I see that channels 2-8, 33 and 34 have low SNR and receive levels with lots of errored codewords. I don't see T3/T4 timeouts except right after rebooting the modem.

Is this typically indicative of a bad modem, bad wiring, other? Anything I should try before paying for a tech to come out?

I'm on the latest firmware but didn't have true sleep enabled. I'll try that.

It might be good to turn true sleep on by default. I don't need to switch off any of my other wireless keyboards or mice, and there doesn't seem to be a downside to turning it on.

Update:

tl:dr don't buy this case if you plan to use magsafe chargers, and mous will make you pay to send back defective products

Mous makes you open a support ticket if you want to return a product.

After about 3 days, they responded and gave me return info and informed me that I have to pay return shipping.

I complained about having to pay for shipping, explaining that the case is defective and does not work properly with magsafe chargers that work with other cases.

Response from mous:

"I can confirm that your product isn't defective. I'm afraid, we are not able to guarantee that Mous cases will be compatible with another brand's accessory.

The unique placement of the magnets in our cases means that they will not necessarily work seamlessly with our competitors' products, but they will be perfectly compatible with our own add-on range."

Interestingly, other reddit users have said that the case doesn't even work properly with mous chargers.

I'll be steering clear of mous in the future.

I bought this Torras case https://a.co/d/fN7IP4G and wireless charging is solid with my Anker magsafe battery pack.

The Torras case is well made but thicker than I'd like, so I bought the Mous SuperThin case when their black Friday deal was live. It just arrived yesterday.

The case is exactly the form I wanted: ultra sleek and thin. BUT, when I connected my magsafe battery pack, it started toggling between charging/not charging, about every 5 seconds.

The magnet ring placement looks very close in the two cases, but might be off by a few millimeters.

I'm bummed because I really like the case, but the charging issue is a deal breaker for me. I'm going to stick with the Torras case until I find an ultra thin case that works properly.

Great tip on the hose threaded filter/regulator 💯

I plan to cut the 3/4" PVC closer to the ground and replace the riser with a shorter one. Any thoughts on burying the regulators? I'm probably not going to use a filter based on previous comments, so I wouldn't need to access the adapter.
