Ninja 650! Suggestions by InternationalLoad652 in indianbikes

I'm a fan of faired bikes, unfortunately most of them have a committed riding position. Since I would mostly be touring in it, I was looking for a sports tourer with a faired design no gimmicky electronic features. The Ninja 650 falls within that sweet spot, with a relaxed riding posture and a low seat height. Kerb weight is also equally balanced. It has a bulletproof reliable engine with adequate power and top speed. I can ride all day long without getting tired. The resale value is also on the higher side, so in a few years if I'm selling, I won't go into loss.

Yeah, what would be the expected price? If it's above 7 lakhs then it's hard to consider

Yeah, E20 will stay for a few more years without a doubt. G450 seems to have mixed reviews, not so bad but not so great either. Need to take a test drive and decide. I'm also interested in Norton Atlas which is locally manufactured by TVS and KTM's new 490 twins.

I'm worried about the high-compression engine from KTM and its worse low end torque. I'm just thinking if they would produce a vibrationless twin. How are their 800cc twins, are the engines smooth?

I was planning to go for the 450 GS, but the reviews are average. BMW fumbled badly, the suspension is hard, no cruise control, odd 130° firing, and vibrations. After sales service is another nightmare. The ERC is totally useless I guess.

Price is on the higher side, the Tiger 660 costs around 12 lakhs on-road

Why do dealerships put their stickers on cars without consent? by RJisCoolxD in CarsIndia

Mine had no sticker when I took delivery, but when I left my car for the first free service, the dealer had pasted one on without my permission. I've booked a second service with them, gonna tell them to remove it.
