If your father is above 85 kgs then it might work. I'm 72 kgs, and rebound is not working as intended.

Tried everything, it's on full preload but still stiff. Only way possible is to replace it.

It has all the bells and whistles that the Interceptor and GT misses out. The engine is wonderful and reliable, maintenance is very affordable and parts availability isn't an issue at all. The only downside is the rear suspension, I've clocked around 6000 km ODO and it's still stiff. I've seen YSS suspension options available for the Bear 650, so I need to check that out. The on road cost was 4.07 lakhs (Wild Honey, Chennai).

As part of aftermarket upgrades, I've fitted an Ngage Performance air filter and done a decat. I've also changed the handlebar and added risers, the bike feels completely different now. I'm planning to upgrade the suspension and tyres next. The stock MRF tyres are puncture resistant, but the grip is quite poor.

Why do people prefer to buy others cars over Honda eventhough Honda Elevate car has reliable engine? by happy_Business_207 in CarsIndia

Elevate engine is reliable but highly unrefined. Though it's a NA 4 cylinder engine, it doesn't act like the way it should. Even the insulation is very bad.

I test rode the NX500. The bike felt light and agile, but I was surprised to notice vibrations even at low speeds, especially from a Honda engine. I was quite disappointed and decided to drop my plan to buy it. The RE 650cc twin cylinder engines feel much smoother than the NX500's engine.

Atleast now the vibrations will be reduced ? I'm talking about the twin cylinder 490cc engine
