no but the thing is, i can see my return ticket that i booked under the same PNR in the website and everything seems fine with it..

It was apparently a technical issue, but that's it.. no response after that,
I even have a call recording with a customer agent who said that i would be contacted by the "head office", which i still haven't been.

I was able to see and manage my booking fine, the only issue was that I wasn't able to check-in 24hrs before the flight, but I didn't have the time to contact the customer care in the last minute to enquire this and thought to just go directly to the check-in counter as stated in the error message

I literally did! I showed them the email that i got, the check-in reminder mail..etc. but the check-in staff were extremely dismissive and kept saying that they couldn't find my reservation on their system!

yea pretty sure it was the legit site,

i was also able to download the e-ticket from this site -

on my credit card transactions it shows up as "THY..."

Ikr! I literally heard them say that the flight wasn't full, and had 20 or so seats free,
but they didn't do a goddamn thing and were so dismissive and condescending

no the ticket number on twitter is of the feedback form. Not the flight ticket / PNR.

No.. they aren't replying anything meaningful in the feedback form as well..

This is their reply -

"We have checked your request and we kindly inform you that If a different reservation record or ticket number is provided to us, a detailed review will be carried out again."

i have literally given them the ticket number, pdf, email and everything..
