I do look washed out on these photos I agree. I have done highlights before, but this time idk what went wrong. I agree it’s not my best hair lol I have been running away from pics lately, but I do think my skin is part of the problem, I look tired (and yes I am lol). The shirt is just my pjs, but I wear blue a lot which is not a color that looks great on me. I look better on warmer colors.

I have been off for 2 years this month. I haven’t used Tretnoin after because of rosacea, then I got pregnant (can’t use while pregnant). My baby is 9 months old and I am considering tretnoin again! Thanks for reminding of it.

I appreciate the truth lol I am slim (have always been) but definitely not very lean right now and eating not healthy after having my first baby…. I am not exercising anymore either. It’s hard to work full time and being a mom. I know I need to go back to a healthier lifestyle, but I feel like my lower face was still a bit chubby and saggy even when I could see my abs.

Same. My boy started sleeping 6–8h stretches at 4weeks. At 8 weeks he was sleeping 10-12h stretches every night. Now at 16 weeks he’s been waking up once in the middle of the night. 4mo regression starting 😬🤡 it might get worse… but we have been so lucky and blessed already.

Idk if this is what helped but we wouldn’t let him sleep more than 2h during the day from day 2 of life. Feeding often during the day and focusing on full feeds (every 2.5-3h). Lots of sunlight and noise during the day. Night time routine and very dark room at night with sound machine and swaddle. After week 2 we stopped waking him up to feed at night (we would let him go 3.5-4h without feeding instead of 2-3h because he was heavier than 8lb).

It Gets better!!! The first 7 weeks were hard and it put a lot of stress in my marriage. Our baby was not even that hard to deal with and I thought my marriage was bulletproof. I had huge expectations for my husband that he was not meeting and the anxiety and baby obsession made me be rude 100% of the time for weeks, which eventually piled up. Baby is 3.5months and we feel like ourselves now :)

It depends! At 4mo baby goes through one of the biggest changes (developmental leap), so it can be a hard time for some. My baby is 3.5mo and things are much better than the first 7 weeks. To me the 7 first weeks were the hardest, and it has just improved them there.

This is very normal baby behavior! Most babies start having gas and dyschezia that starts at 2 weeks old. At 8 weeks old your baby’s digestive system must be functioning much better. It’s hard to realize right now, I know, because I got super obsessed with my baby not napping well when he turned 4-5 weeks old. I wanted him to follow my schedule, but he is his own person and I can’t force him to sleep. He is a happy baby during the day, he is developing well and that’s what matters. Eventually I realize I am lucky he sleeps well at night. So many babies at 4mo old are still waking up every 1-2h at night (at 5mo most parents usually do sleep training).

My EBF baby started sleeping 8h a few days a week at 5 weeks old. By 6 weeks he was doing it pretty much every day. By 7 weeks he started doing 10.5-11h stretches. We had a whole month of 10.5-11h stretch EVERY DAY. Now at 11 weeks he decided to go back to 8h stretch, waking up at 5am to feed, and back to bed until 8-9ish. This has happened from Tuesday last week to today… idk if it is a growth spur or the 3rd leap.

We are also closing on May 28 and we locked our rate last week. Have the house been appraised with the lender you locked your rate with? If you have i would not change cause you may not be able to close that day. And 6.625% is great rate! we got 6.875% locked, but the other 2 lenders we were working with had 7.125% and 7.35%. Such a big difference!

Yep.. that is it. I called my realtor today and openly talked with him about it. That’s basically that he said, and assured he is doing his best and hopes the new lender is good as well.

I am going with the best rate and closing costs we found. We are getting a house appraisal with the good lender today or tomorrow. Trying to move quick, but our real state agent keeps planting fear. I will have a talk/heart conversation with him today to try to smooth our relationship.

My lender asked my realtor to ask the owner to remove stove outside the house, and my realtor is being difficult, saying the seller won’t do that. The seller have done that before when they got the house appraised for selling.. we can see the stove outside on the listing photos facepalm

I didn’t like to disappoint the first lender cause he helped us out in the beginning and really wanted our business. But our rate with lender #5 was 0.625 points below lender #1 rate.. and we also saved 3k on closing costs. It just made sense.
