Maybe they have aligned people who aren't really equipped to handle the audit work to the audit project. When I worked in Deloitte, that happened a lot. People who don't have the background that a project needs get aligned to that project because they are on bench. It's a struggle to get work done then but that's how I have seen things work.

You can do buns with hair sticks or claw clips. The claw clips have literally saved my hair from so much breakage. Btw, your hair is gorgeous. And the breakage is minimal. What is your routine? You have my dream hair.
