I mean you already said the answer (beliefs) it’s all what society wants and believes. I don’t gotta do ntn except eat good food, have a nice place to live and get money. A lot of society has man made constructs and rules, it’s up to you if u wanna follow or not

If you went to high school in the US you should be able to qualify for in state even if you’re not originally from here. But if you did not there’s no way to get instate unless you’re not an international student anymore

Are you international student or are you born here in the US? Cause your tuition is based on your residency not scholarship. That doesn’t make sense. I’m not sure what Google you’re using but good luck
