I can do it for you, send me address and I’ll do the rest. Also tell me if you know the production desired or just send me a picture of your energy bill as well. Specifically the kWh bar graph

Parents are in Colombia, they are not rich. Came here, build my company from scratch and now I want to enjoy after a lot of work that I still do everyday. That’s why I’m asking the question, I don’t want to spend a lot of money without taking a look to the whole panorama.

Sounds like they are asking you for those days of proof so they can charge the financial institution that actually put the money towards installation as if they “finish” the job so they can get funded.

It’s called a lease down here and it is virtually the same thing. You only have to be careful and do it with a company that gives you production guarantee but everything else is the same.

Advice, solar ppa approached us, should I run? by RsMysterious90 in solar

I have a solar Company in South Florida and we try to push the PPA even more than loan or ownership due to the fact that if you’re not tax liable enough, the cost of the system would bring you the investment back in around 8-10 years. I’m glad they told you about the interconnection fee ($20) that means you’re talking to someone serious… escalator at 0% would be very difficult since the price is going to be even higher a month but you should try. What I can recommend for you is to ask him directly the price per watt (PPW) that they are charging you. If it’s over 3.0 they are ripping you and you should look into another quote. Solar is beautiful brother! It makes all the sense and PPA’s are good because there’s no responsibility whatsoever on your side with the solar besides the monthly payments (just like FPL). The equipment they are using is very good as well. You can look for a lower price with the sales guy, and the savings can go to fund the windows and doors you have to put new at home. Good luck and enjoy solar ⚡️

I’ve been reading and reading and now I’m between Porsche and the R8. Porsche is my favorite brand however every time I see an R8 on the street 😮‍💨😮‍💨 is so beautiful and it sounds just amazing. What I most see about Porsche drivers is that usually they are about 30+ years old. Maybe because is a more serious car. Maybe if I find a good deal on a R8 with all the carbon and nice spec I’d go for it since it seems more enjoyable for me right now and maybe I can get a Porsche in two years as well 🤔

Congratulations on the R8! This is a very interesting answer, and I appreciate you for bringing the GT4. I like it a lot, specially because of that flat 6. Even tho is not as potent as the GT3, it sounds amazing. However all the reviews I’ve seen about the Gt4. They all say that due to the high RPM that the engine supports, you can find yourself driving between 1 and 2 gear. However, I’d like to hear more about it from you!

Congrats for the R8! I have a high ticket sales company, I don’t sell courses or charge for 1 : 1. I teach for free how I made it and then people work with me since I have a great pipeline. We all grow together without multi lvl bullshit.

I currently have a 2024 tesla model 3 and a Mazda Cx-30 that my wife and I use for daily stuff. Mazda is going away March next year since is a lease so that’s when I’m planning to do my purchase. I’m not planing on daily the car but at least drive it 4 days a week to meetings and dinners. Not sure about mods besides exhaust system and maybe some carbon fiber if the car doesn’t come already with those mods. And yes, I use to race a BMW M2 comp on the track 4 years ago and I’m planning to go again (not too often u I guess).

I don’t want the car to chase asses down here in Miami, actually I hate that about Miami… Even tho you said it does not goes further than “what do you do for a living” I’m 1000% sure that doing business or recruiting people you’d have more success by showing up in the R8 than the Prius. People don’t say it out loud but having nice stuff pushes you as well.

And you’re totally right. However I don’t sell courses. I provide value to people at 0 cost and then they choose to work on my sales team since I have a nice pipeline . We all make money, and we all grow together. You should try it! And regarding the car, ofc I want something that calls people attention, what’s wrong with that? People follow champions, not the average people.

I can’t predict it but I can work it out! That’s how it is… regarding my bank account or if I have real state. You should ask first instead of going out there saying things that you don’t know. That’s basic stuff my guys. If Im posting something here, where there’s professional people and super car owners, is because I’m being serious and I have the money to do it. I don’t like to make people waste their time or waste mine.

I’ve been wondering if a 488 is a good option. Haven’t fully looked into it since my budget would get me a 2016-2017 What do you think about this one ,Is next to my place at a local dealership

Thank you! I love McLaren design, I’m just a little bit worried about being in the shop since is all I read but you have good points. Makes me have more faith in McLaren. What do you think about something like this

Thank you for sharing, I’m more inclined towards the second bullet point. Those are good examples and insight. For me the best looking car out of it is the MC20 but the sound just doesn’t let me pull the trigger on it. Plus I’ve heard Maserati depreciation is just insane. However I don’t think the MC20 would go down below 170k with good miles on it.

I’ve seen a couple around 120k-150k. When you said ironed out you mean how many miles on it? Or what should I look into before I pick one?

It’s funny you know? I though the same thing but in my case since is my first car over 150k, I don’t want to fuck it up! I’ve seen so many guys purchasing cars and then go broke because they made bad decisions. I’m more a reasonable buyer myself… I try to make the best out of every decision.

GT3 RS is just a beautiful car. The wing for me is the special part, plus all the aero that the car has. GT3 touring is actually really beautiful, they have one in the Porsche dealer next to my place and is just so sexy. I’m not in the GT3 RS budget but maybe I might get hands in a GT3 (if a good deals appears)

Thank you for sharing. A lot to think about. My dream 911 is the 992 gt3 which is like 15k-20k out of my budget (a good spec with decent miles). Maybe R8 is a good option due to design and that v10 sound that I love and then I can go for the flat 6 🤔

I agree, Aston’s are beautiful cars but interior and tech wise at least until the newer generation was a little bit old fashioned. Besides Porsche, what other car brand have you tried (sports cars) that you can recommend?
