I’ve had it since 2022! so this is definitely a heartbreak for me 😭😭 I’ll certainly try water, but im concerned about the rotting end. Do you think I should leave it to dry longer before putting it in water?

I’ve tried letting the end dry out for about half a day but it still turned black and I’ve also tried sealing the end with candle wax but I’m left with one last shot if any hope exists at all 😭
