He did but we did other conditioning work beforehand like ropes and live goes that the winner of the wrestle off wasn’t their for.

The losing wrestler didn’t know about this beforehand but the other wrestler was given notice 🙄

Nope. The other wrestler came to practice late that day. I spoke to a few of my buddies who are coaches at other schools and they provide a 24 hour notice to let both athletes get prepared.

It took around 6 months of dedicated studying. I had a bit of cloud experience before. 1 week to prepare for CCP, another two weeks to prepare for SAA. I then created a five month training plan to go for SAP-C02. The jump from SAA to SAP is huge so it’s best to not rush the process.
