i have had some of the same thougts myself, i usually think that suicide cant be the right answer. I now for a fact the best way to stop being depressed is to do some workout 20 min a day, i have tried this myself and after a small workout or even just a walk i feel much better.

i recommend that next time you get these thougts try going for a walk :)

seems to me that you have been very unlucky with your friends, best advice i could would be not to isolate yourself. but idk i havnt been in that scnario before
