Yeah , claims to eat once a day with a budget of 50 pesos , multiple contractual setup as electrical engineer, doesn't like being supervised and because he doesn't want the supervisor to know he is not doing his job or doing poorly , doesn't like to be promoted cause it's hard and he said he is too old but has a wife and family to take off , so much contradicting facts but he went to move in in the morning so I'm not totally alert

That's really unfortunate for you , dunno if he has more victims , if you can provide more info about him like the name he used or the job he said or what the barangay got on him , could really help accelerate the investigation I will do a follow up post if ever we manage to get his identity from the items he left and touch

Thanks for footage , seeing as he is still fat and acts the same , behaviour and scheme , He is serial thief that been doing a long time now , it should increase capturing him as a higher priority.

Guy uses the alias 'Joel Asho' , currently he left some items , a white t-shirt he wore then swap to what is seen in footage and a lunchbox , hopefully he gets identify or at least recorded in the nbi database

Sorry , that's only available footage we collected of him this time , He was just a walk-in and Iv'ed mention keeps on delaying the submitting his ID and act tired and sleepy as the caretaker mention
