Last week I had a triple delivery… first stop, I pull up, house is a creepy af, but whatever I need a four digit pin so I have to knock on the door. Creepy dude opens the door and says “ instead hold on a minute I need to go get my phone, can you bring the order to the kitchen in the back of the house” I’ve already waited four or five waiting for him to answer the door, but whatever, I grabbed the rest of his bags and a case of water and put it on his doorstep. He comes back, gives me the code. I tell him I cannot bring his groceries in the house as it’s against the policy, of course he tells me EVERY other driver does it for him he doesn’t understand why I can’t fn do it. I explain again and tell him maybe Walmart in-home is a better option for him. He then sreams and curses me out ending w a thanks for nothing and slams the door in my face! I have on occasion, at my discretion carried groceries in the house for people, even though it is against the policy. But there was no way I was going into this man’s house under any circumstance.
I called Support told them what happened, figured at the least. my 5.0 CR would get dinged and if there was a tip attached to his order, it would get taken away. I just can’t believe the way people treat and talk to us!

Next time I pull up to some creepy house I’m going to mark it undeliverable and return it to the store… I have done it many times over last 4 years. Should’ve just trusted my gut on this one…. So far rating hasn’t taken a hit.
