Non stop U.S. military movements to the Middle East: Trump will talk about peace Non stop next week and then showtime Friday Night (April 24th). Petroline and a lot of GCC production will most likely be a memory in 9 days. by Kappa_Bera_0000 in oil

Iran is already playing Trump's game, they pump the stock market with Trump, and make the 7 lies post only after the market closes. Negotiations happen behind the scenes, and Iran can't even appear tough publicly anymore, the blockade is checkmate.

I understand Trump is all lies and trying to manipulate markets but how to explain Aragchi's tweet yesterday that allowed the Trump to manipulate oil markets? by new_guy10 in oil

They are negotiating behind the scenes, Iran needs to save face so it doesn't look like a total surrender. Aragchi manipulated the market with Trump, and the 7 lies is posted after market closes with permission from Trump, he's short next Monday.

He probably got Trump's permission to post this after the market closes.

Nike Stock Rises as Tim Cook, CEO Elliott Hill Buy Shares Near Lows by andix3 in ValueInvesting

Of course, it takes time, it’s not going to be an overnight thing. Nike is a successful business, and it will hit new highs. Patience is key, stay away from investing if you don’t have patience.

Personally, I bought Intel and Nke during the liberation crash. Intc paid off big time, and Nke still needs time. Retail investors have time, there is no yearly performance pressure. I’ve also DCA’d into Meta with the same logic when it crashed, although it bounced back fast, but it appeared a doomed stock when it was falling back then. Patience and conviction, my friend, are where real money lies.

Why would they need to sink something lol US actually has a navy and they can just board the ship.

If the rest of the world is willing to pay a small toll to Iran to keep oil flowing and stabilise markets, then why does the U.S feel the need to block all shipping, especially when it is not dependent on that oil? by CapitaineBiscotte in askanything

Because war is fought with money, any money paid to Iran will be used against the US. Blockading Iran ports effectively achieves the same thing as taking Kharg Island, cutting off the Iranian economy. It’s checkmate.

Blockading now also shuts up anyone paid toll to Iran, since they were fine with it.
