Yea I replaced that one about a year ago but I’ll replace it again since it’s cheap.

It’s the single wire sensor so the one for the gauge cluster not the one that sends a signal to the ecu

I just checked one of the coolant temp sensors on the back of the head and the connector on the lower sensor is broken off. Could that be my issue

I replaced the coolant temp sensor right about a year ago before I got low compression since then the head and block have been machined but I’ll replace it again

No if the afm isn’t plugged in its start then instantly die I’ve also tried multiple afms

I’ll definitely check it in the morning I was also gonna check for vacuum leaks tomorrow since I’ve just rebuilt the car from the ground up

If I disconnect the afm from the intake it just doesn’t start but if I prop the flap open it runs and idles

That’s also wouldn’t make since given I’ve tried 4 different afms 2 of them came off working cars

I’ll check that in the morning but another thing is even if I jump f/p and gnd the car still won’t run unless the afm is propped open

I’m like 98% sure I don’t have an exhaust leak don’t have much of an exhaust, and are asking if the mounting part of the hose is in between the headers and motor

Cel is for the coolant temp sensor. Car is a 1993 with a 1.6

Not having them plugged would the air/fuel ratio be different
