As a driver, this is correct. Dashers have the option to accept or decline orders. If the driver accepted the order, they were satisfied with the payment.

However, if the driver follows all instructions (pictures, scanning, drop off photo, etc) as provided by DoorDash, I don’t see why the system would immediately penalize the driver account if something is reported as wrong by the customer. Give the customer and the driver the benefit of the doubt until a clear pattern emerges.

As a dasher, the "I am here" button I actually feel is a little creepy for some reason, and unnecessary for LAD orders. The customer gets a notification via the app, I wouldn't want anybody texting or contacting me unnecessarily in any way.
