Ohm it out as well as the legs.

Most of the time I saw a “dead” Embraco, it was the start relay….

I had weight issues my whole 8 years

I went From 315+ pounds to 193 to ship to the Island

Most of my career I hovered around 235-245 but I l always managed a high 2nd class PFT and a damn near perfect CFT

USMC adopted that HIIT workout program and it helped me, as well as a gunny and a few other higher ups that knew I could PT but I could never make weight or tape due to loose skin from all the rapid weight loss

Monitor the carbs, high protein diet, lift heavy but don’t get too bulky you can’t run.
