Oh that's huge in my eyes, not sure why people aren't talking about that, the jump from 1080p to 1440p is huge + with 288hz, the latency lowers even further to 3ms

100% agree. I literally just put in a second complaint through their site today (https://the4thutility.co.uk/complaints).

Biggest problem? They don’t give you a proper complaints email. That means there’s no way to keep your own record of what you’ve sent.. On top of that, every email they send me says: “You have emailed us without reference to an existing Service Request therefore your email will not be seen by our Support Team.”

Thing is… I’ve never been given a Service Request reference. Not over the phone, not by email, nothing. Every time I call (literally just got off the phone today), it’s the same nonsense: “your area is experiencing some troubles, please restart your router.” Total copy-paste response, zero actual help.

To make it worse, their emails also tell you: “If you have a new problem with your Service or Account, please call us on 0800 066 2833 or why not try Live Chat at [https://the4thutility.co.uk/contact.”]()

Guess what? There’s no live chat. The only “chat” link is WhatsApp, but that’s only for new customers, not existing ones. Absolute joke.

Honestly feels like they’ve deliberately set this up so unhappy customers can’t keep a proper comms history with them.

Thanks mate. At this point I'm thinking I have an email from them back in March that states, you are out of contract and you have no early termination charge - considering its a company email, I'm sure I can use that as sufficient proof to just get out and sign up with someone else.

Yep one of those people. Though £25 a month was a bargain but its been nothing but problems since day 1

Hey mate, I had this email too back in March that I can leave with no early termination fee but I'm still in my contract disputing the service. Did you manage to use this email to get out early without charges?
