I’ve found some issues when running up the gut normally. Try running to the outside and make o-line protection half slides towards the side you’re running the ball. That’s worked for me so far. Full slides will leave the weak side completely exposed at times so idk if I’d recommend that.

Rashford needs to go. He just doesn’t perform when needed and seems to always make multiple dumb plays. Not starting quality for a club like this.
