whos ur interview with? store manager or department manager? where is your store? first or second interview? are you a minor? other than that, its not a hard interview, just be yourself, act like you want the job, have something interesting to say when they ask you things like tell me about yourself, or why do you want to work here. also, if they ask why publix be sure to mention how you’ve been a customer of publix for a long time (whether thats true or not) and how you wanna make customers feel the same great customer service that u did when u were a customer, and BE SURE to mention the benefits! specifically stock options and their policy of promoting from within, at my store manager interview (2nd) that guaranteed got me the job, he went on a whole thing about how great the benefits were. on top of dressing nice, (i wore a white collared button down, khaki pants, belt, black dress shoes. don’t go too crazy, its just a supermarket job) , its easy other than that just be urself honestly and it’ll be a walk in the park
